Can I create multiple profiles on my account?
Each My E-Training account can manage only one user/cyclist: this means you can’t create more than one profile on the same account. -
Can I log into my account from multiple devices?
My E-Training can be used on multiple devices and can be installed in as many PCs/smartphones/tablet terminals as you want.
Moreover, when logging in from multiple devices with the same account, all the account data (created workouts, history, subscription) will be shared as they're cloud-based and connected to your profile, not to the single device.
There's one exception though; videos, as they must be downloaded on every single device. Downloaded videos are stored in the local memory and not on the cloud. Therefore, you must download every single one of them to use them on every PC/smartphone/tablet terminal.
During each workout please remember to only have 1 device connected to the home trainer in order to avoid any resistance conflict due to conflicting commands sent by different devices that might disrupt your workout. -
Can I use my account on multiple home trainers?
You can log in from multiple home trainers with your My E-Training account, as long as you do it one at a time. If you swap and/or purchase a new home trainer, you'll just need to configure it on the pre-existing profile without having to create a new one: Elite home trainer configuration with My E-Training. -
I don't remember my username to access the My E-Training or Upgrado apps. How can it be recovered?
The username required to access the apps and software is the email address used during registration.
It is recommended to try logging in using the registered email address. If multiple email addresses are available, try each one.

How can I cancel or deactivate my subscription to the My E-Training app/software?
The My E-Training subscription does not renew automatically but deactivates automatically upon expiration.
If you do not wish to renew it, simply refrain from purchasing a new subscription and let it expire.On the other hand, if you would like to renew it, you will need to follow the procedure outlined here: My E-Training subscription renewal via app and software. Please note that the renewal cannot be completed earlier than 30 days before the current subscription expiration date.
Even without a paid subscription, you can still access My E-Training to use the free features and consult your training history.
Account creation
Your My E-Training account can be created straight from the My E-Training software/app after downloading and installing it at this link:

alternatively, it can be done after redeeming a coupon via this website redeem.elite-it.com .
Depending on the procedure selected, the steps are described below:
Creation via web
You can create your My E-Training account right from the redeem.elite-it.com website via the procedure found at this link: Home Trainer Software Coupon Activation.
This is an alternative to creating an account straight from the app/software, as depicted below: if you create your profile via web you won't have to also do it via app/software, you'll just have to log in to My E-Training with the same credentials used during profile creation.
Creating via My E-Training app and mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
The following screen appears once the app starts up:
Tap on "SIGN UP" to begin creating your account and access the registration page of your personal data:
Once you fill out the form with your personal data and supplied the required authorization, the app automatically switches to the configuration section.
The home trainer must be configured by following the instructions at this link: Elite home trainer configuration with My E-Training
Once configuration is over with, the "Settings" page appears on screen.
Here you can access the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" and "WORKOUT" sections where you can fill out all the missing data. It is specifically important to make sure that you input your birth date (on "Profile&Account") and weight (on "Workout"), which is essential for the proper managing of workouts.
Tap on the "Save" key that appears in each section once everything has been filled out.

Creation via My E-Training software and use of Desktop device (Pc Windows or MAC).
The following screen appears once the software starts up:
Tap on "Sign up!":
You can then decide how to proceed with the sign up process of your account:
We suggest selecting "Sign up with your email address":
Fill out the required fields in the following page:
Tap on "CREATE ACCOUNT":
By tapping on "START NOW" on the following page, the configuration procedure for the account and home trainer begins:
Fill out the required missing data in the page that appears:
Tap on "PROCEED" once that's done.
Now you'll have to configure the home trainer, this link provides the instructions on how to do so: Elite home trainer configuration with My E-Training
Once the home trainer has been configured you can begin your first training session: How to begin your first workout .
Password change
You can change the password associated to your account with a new one (for instance after recovering the password) via app or software.
App: mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
Start up the My E-Training app.
Tap on "Settings":
Go to the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" section:
Tap on "Change Password":
A window will pop up with the setup for a new password:
Set the new password and confirm.
Software: Desktop (PC Windows or MAC)
Start up the My E-Training software.
Tap on Settings:
Get to the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" section and select "Change password":
Set the new password in the window that pops up and tap "OK" to confirm.
Recover (reset) Password
To recover (reset) the password for your My E-Training account, follow the instructions below.
In all cases, an email with the new password will be sent to the registered address (please check the spam folder if necessary).
From the My E-Training app (smartphone or tablet):
On the login screen, select "I already have an account".
Tap the "?" icon.
Enter the email address (username) used for registration and tap "Recover".
After the confirmation message appears, tap "Continue".
The password will be reset. Tap OK to complete the process.
From the My E-Training software (Windows PC or Mac):
On the login screen, enter the registered email address (username) and click "click here to recover it".
From the website:
Go to https://redeem.elite-it.com/login .
Click "Forgot your password?".
Enter the email address used for registration.
Email change
You can change the email associated to your account with a new one (for instance if you made a mistake while creating the profile or the associated email has been discontinued) via app or software.
App: mobile device (smartphone or tablet terminal)
Start up the My E-Training app.
Tap on "Settings":
Go to the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" section:
Tap on "Change email":
A window will pop up with the setup for a new email to be used for your My E-Training account:
Insert the new email and confirm.
The email change request will then arrive at the provided email address, with a confirmation to proceed with the update.
Software: PC Windows or MAC
Start up the My E-Training app.
Tap on "Settings":
Get to the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" section and select "Change email":
A window will pop up with the email change for your My E-Training account:
Insert the new email and confirm.
The email change request will then arrive at the provided email address, with a confirmation to proceed with the update.
Deleting your account
Warning: Deleting your account is irreversible.
Once you're done deleting your account, this shall definitively be deleted, including your history, the workouts created and any purchase (subscriptions, pedalling analysis and so on).
Once you're done deleting your account you won't be able to backtrack and/or recover any data connected to the deleted profile.
You can completely delete your My E-Training account via app or software.
Please also remember that subscription to My E-Training does not renew automatically but must be carried out directly in the proper renewal section.
You don't need to delete your account avoid renewing the subscription since you can always log in with your profile to enjoy the free options offered by My E-Training and to consult your history.

Start up the My E-Training app.
Tap on "Settings":
Go to the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" section:
Tap on "DELETE ACCOUNT":
A window will pop up where you need to confirm your will to proceed with deleting the account:
Type the reason why you want to delete the account (if you select "Other" you must type in a reason) and write "delete" on the proper field.
Tap "delete" once that's done with.
A screen will appear confirming the request to delete the account:
By tapping on "Restore account" you can confirm deleting the account or restore it:
By confirming deletion, the account shall permanently be deleted and all related data will no longer be retrievable.
Please note that the action is irreversible.
Software: Desktop device (PC Windows or MAC)
Start up the My E-Training software.
Tap on "Settings":
Get to the "PROFILE&ACCOUNT" section and select "DELETE ACCOUNT":
A window will pop up where you need to confirm your intention to proceed with deleting the account:
Type the reason why you want to delete the account (if you select "Other" you must type in a reason) and write "delete" on the proper field.
Tap "delete" once that's done with.
By confirming deletion, the account shall permanently be deleted and all related data will no longer be retrievable.
Please note that the action is irreversible.
