It should explain what to do in case of software or trainer problems
We suggest to download the file at this link or follow the instruction on the paper you can find on the original box

If the trainer doesn't work, could be due by many different reason ( trainer is not powered on, the trainer serial number on the software is wrong ).
Try to follow these instruction to fix it:
- unplug the USB key
- power off the resistance unit
- plug in the USB key on the computer on the same port as before
- power on the trainer and check if you feel any vibration on the blue plastic part
Last trainer version have a led on the internal board to help to recognize if the trianer is on - off - connection mode:
|Led ON||The trainer has been connected|
|Led BLINKING||The trainer is waiting for the connection ( it last 2 minutes )|
|Led OFF||The trainer is off or under sleep mode|
- Run the software until 2 minutes, otherwise the trainer get on sleep mode.
