Please try to Enable/Disable the transparency on the settings.
Run software Real, click on Settings, then Options, and Video, then click Disable transparency.
If these settings shound't solve the problem, please try to follow the following procedure.

After downloaded and installed the Codec Pack, please follow this procedure:
- Run “Codec Tweek tool” ( menù start -> tutte le app -> K-lite )
- Click on the “Preferred splitters”:
- Set the modification on the left ( 32 bit ) and on the right ( 64 bit ) column
- Click on "Apply & Close"
- Run Real software again and check if the problem is solved
