The coupon activation procedure for MyETraining App and MyETraining Desktop is the same.
Within the pack of the trainer there is a different timing coupon, depending on the trainer type.
The types of coupons are 3:
- 36 months subscription
- 12 months subscription
- 1 month subscription
The activation must take place in the following steps:
- Elite ID user creation
- Coupon activation via the website or through the MYETraining app/software.
Elite ID user creation
Before activating a coupon, you must create an account using the app/software.
The coupon will be matched to the account you already activated.
Activate the coupon through the MYETraining app / software
- App iOS
To activate the coupon, click directly on this link and fill the requested fields:

- App Android
Run the MYETraining app Android
( Attention: iOS don't allow coupon activation, so you have to activate the coupon on others platforms,
the activated item , for i.e. subscription will be available also on MYETraining for iOS)
Click on the side menu button
Click on the Premium menu
Click on the "Use Coupon" button
Enter the coupon code in the provided space
Confirm with the "Activate coupon" button and check that the subscription end date is correctly updated.
- Software
Start the software MYEtraining for Windows or Mac
Click on the button at the top right with the image of the user
Click on the button showing a crown in addition to the right
Click on the button "Do you have a promotional coupon?"
Insert the code and then press the "USE CODE" button
