Each Elite home trainer or electronic accessory has a unique serial number.
It is important to get all the information about the product and you need to know it to redeem your coupon codes or for any assistance requests.
A silver label, usually on the underside of the product, contains the serial number.
It is an alphanumeric value of 9 or 13 digits.

Invalid Serial Number
If the serial number appears invalid or is not accepted by the verification system, first check that it has been entered correctly (pay attention to possible typing errors, particularly the difference between the number “0” (zero) and the letter “O”).
If the issue persists after checking:
- prepare a brief description of the error encountered
- take a clear photo of the serial number label
Then contact support and include this information.
