Attention: keep the shift lever at max level and stretched out for at least 10 minutes before calibrating
Please follow these instructions to conduct the calibration procedure:
- Open the battery compartment
- Move the lever towards the min resistance position (lvl 1)
- Press the key on the circuit board on the side of the battery compartment once for a few seconds until the LED light blinks 3 times
- Start pedaling at more than 10 Km/h and increase level every 5 seconds or when the led does a single blink (which indicates the correct recording of the level). Continue until you get to the max resistance available (lvl 8)
- Continue pedaling at the max resistance level for 5 more seconds
- If the procedure was successful, the LED light will remain on for 10 seconds; otherwise after 120 seconds (max time for the calibration procedure) the LED light will blink for 20 seconds
- Close the battery compartment
NOTE: Do not shift gears while pedaling.
NOTE: After the min resistance level (1) you can slow down speed.
Should the procedure not be succesful, get someone to help you make sure that while conducting the procedure, at every level change, the red LED light blinks once before switching to the next level (wait a few seconds more than usual).
