If your Qubo Digital, Qubo Digital Smart B +, Novo Smart, Realtour, Evo or Intera interactive trainer does not change the resistance, it might be necessary to follow the stepping motor unlocking procedure to solve the issue.
The situations could be of 2 types:
- The trainer is blocked at the minimum resistance, also by changing level the resistance does not change and remains at the minimum power. Follow the instructions below: Stepping motor unlocking (low resistance)
- The trainer is blocked at maximum resistance, also by changing level the resistance does not change and remains at the maximum power. Follow the instructions below: Stepping motor unlocking (high resistance)
