The subscription can be purchased by PayPal or credit card.
If you prefer to renew it by credit card, we suggest that you proceed with the payment using the mobile version of the My E-Training app and follow the procedure described here below.
After the purchase procedure is completed, the subscription can be enjoyed from any mobile device or PC by logging in with the same account credentials (username and password) used to subscribe.
RENEWAL TERMS:
The purchase button is activated on My E-Training from the day after the expiration date of the previous subscription. Before that date, it is not possible to purchase the renewal.
My E-Training subscription does not automatically renew but is deactivated when it expires.
If you are not interested in renewing it, simply do not purchase the renewal and let it expire, but if you do want to renew, do so deliberately as explained in the procedure below.
Please take note that you can always access My E-Training to use the free features of the app and to consult the History, even without a paid subscription.
Here below how to renew the My E-Training subscription from:
- the mobile version of My E-Training (app)
- the desktop version of My E-Training (software)

1. Enter My E-Training app from a mobile device
2. From the dashboard click on the three lines menu in the top left corner:
3. Click on “Premium”:
4. Click on “Purchase” and proceed with the payment:
DESKTOP VERSION (software)
NOTE: since 1st January 2020 for residents of the UK only it is no longer possible to renew the subscription from the My E-Training software version (both from Mac and Windows).
The renewal is still possible from My E-Training app (both from iOS and Android) as indicated above (link)
