Rizer features two modes of use, MANUAL and SIMULATION.
The Led light can be found beside the padlock icon on the keyboard - it is on if the simulation mode is active, off if the manual mode is active.
Rizer keyboard consists of 3 keys and 1 red Led light.
The "up" key increases Rizer tilt in manual mode.
The "down" key decreases Rizer tilt in manual mode.
The "padlock" key changes between manual and simulationmode
The "Led light" indicates Rizer's state (on = simulation, off = manual, when blinking it indicates that Rizer is in home trainer search mode.
MODE CHANGE
The change between two modes happens via tapping the "padlock" icon on the Rizer keyboard or via the Rizer app in the "Training" mode.
MANUAL MODE
In manual mode the cyclist sets the bicycle tilt via the two arrow keys on the Rizer keyboard or via the Rizer app.
By tapping the " up" key on the keyboard or the "+" button in the app, Rizer increases tilt by 1%, and by tapping the "down" key on the keyboard or the "-" button in the app, the Rizer decreases tilt by 1%.
To ensure safety and make it easier to hop on the bicycle and step off it, after 5 seconds of inactivity Rizer automatically set itself to zero level, please check this link for further info: Rizer Safety Mode
SIMULATION MODE
In simulation mode, tilt is adjusted automatically based on the type of workout you're simulating. The software sends the simulation command to the home trainer for a determined tilt, the home trainer sends it to Rizer which moves the cursor in order to simulate the slope sent by the software.
