To export the training data from the My E-Training app, follow the instruction below:
Mobile (Android e iOS)
- Click on "History"
- Click on the training you want to export
- Click on the top right button with the share symbol
- Click one of the extensions which you want to export the data.
Desktop (Windows e MacOS)
If you are using a Windows or Mac PC, follow this procedure:
Enter My E-Training
Click on View all beside Workout History to accede to the history
Select the training session you want to export and click on Export/Share
The export window will appear
Select the format you prefer and click on PROCEED
If you select csv, tcx or fit format, you'll be asked to save the file on your PC memory; select the folder where you want to save it and choose the file name to complete the procedure.

To export a workout from My E-Training to Garmin Connect, you first need to export it as a .tcx or .fit file (using the Export data from My E-Training function in My E-Training) and then import it manually into Garmin Connect.
