My E-Training Software & App is designed to enable you to reach your fitness goals via structured training programs and data from your bicycle training sessions. It's the ideal tool to take full advantage of your home trainer and get the best from your workouts.
Once the home trainer is configurated with My E-Training you're ready to begin your first training.
You can select:
- Conduct a level-based workout
- Create and conduct a customized workout
Find out how to proceed with one of these options.
CONDUCT A LEVEL-BASED WORKOUT:
MOBILE DEVICE ( Andorid - iOS)
1. Select ‘Training’ from the Dashboard.
2.Select ‘Level mode’.
You can now start your trianing.
Start pedalling to display all workout data on the screen.
If your home trainer is interactive, you can select up to 16 resistance levels by tapping on the button displayed in the picture.
Select the training level by tapping on ‘+’ and ‘-‘.
PC (MAC/WINDOWS):
1. Select the ‘Training’ function from the Dashboard.
2. Select ‘Level mode’.
3. Press ‘Start’ to check out workout data.
If your home trainer is interactive, you can select up to 16 resistance levels by tapping on ‘+’ and ‘-‘ (up/down arrow).
CREATE AND CONDUCT A CUSTOM WORKOUT SESSION
MOBILE DEVICE ( Andorid - iOS)
1. Select ‘Training’ from the Dashboard.
2. Select ‘Program mode’ and select the type of workout you want to create.
3. Tap the ‘+’ button on the upper right corner to create a custom program by inserting segments (or groups of segments) based on your workout needs.
While creating the workout by selecting a segment and clicking on the button highlighted below:
You will have the possibility to select several contiguous segments to make a copy / move / delete of these segments.
4. Once it's been created, click on ‘Save’ to enter it into the Programs list.
5. To begin the workout you saved, select it and tap ‘Start’ to begin.
PC (MAC/WINDOWS):
1. Click on ‘Training’ and ‘Create program’ from the Dashboard.
2. Select the type of workout you want and proceed creating your custom program by inserting segments (or group of segments) based on your needs.
While creating the workout by selecting a segment and clicking on the button highlighted below:

3. Once the it’s been created, click on ‘Save’ to insert it in the workouts list.
4. Select your session and press ‘Start’ to begin working out.
