Resistance Check On Interactive Trainers

If you notice that your trainer does not change resistance, please proceed with the checking explained below in refer of the trainer you have.

Click on trainer name:

        1. From My E-Training go to Trainings-> Level Mode;
        2. Click on Start and, while you are pedalling, change the resistance level from 1 to 16 to verify variations in resistance.

          In negative case:
        3. Please follow the instructions shown in the video below:
        4. Once you have removed the cover, please take a video of the internal motor and send it over to our Customer Care at support.elite-it.com.

        PLEASE NOTE: We suggest that you start your video with the trainer still powered off, and plug the power cord at the beginning of the video.
